Nowadays, people are running blindly after money. After earning ten rupees, they desire twenty; after twenty, a hundred; and after a hundred, a thousand. There is no end to this blind race. In this race for wealth, all family and human relationships have been left behind. People have forgotten the distinction between truth and falsehood, right and wrong, justice and injustice, and their own and others. Due to the desire to accumulate wealth, they have no time even for their wife and children. For money, sons quarrel with fathers, daughters with mothers, and husbands with wives. Brothers have become enemies of one another. The greed for money is encouraging people to commit increasingly heinous acts. As a result, incidents of murder, robbery, kidnapping and theft are increasing everywhere. We must make efforts at every level to change this unhealthy mentality.
